How it works

Set it up once.
Keep renewals moving.

For the firm

See the work that needs your attention.

  1. Step 01Year 1

    Sync your ASIC listing

Import from NowInfinity, BGL, FYI or Xero Practice Manager. We match ACNs to ASIC automatically. New clients, no problem - they will auto-populate.

  2. Step 02Year 1

Invite the signing director and billing contact

Two roles can be separated - the director who signs the solvency resolution, and the billing contact who pays. Clients can nominate their bookkeeper to sort payment. Firms can populate bank details if clients prefer.

  3. Step 03Every year

    Track renewal progress

Check signing, client payment, and ASIC payment in one workspace. Open the items that need your attention.

For the client

Know what to do next.

  1. Step 01Year 1

    Enter your direct debit once

Add payment details through the payment form. The billing contact can keep the details for future renewals where available.

  2. Step 02Every year

Review and sign on your phone - once a year

Open the renewal link, check the company details, and complete the required solvency and signing steps.

  3. Step 03Every year

    Complete the payment step

Follow the payment instructions for your renewal. Signing and payment have separate progress states.

Why we're building ASIC Pay

Every accounting firm we've spoken to has the same frustration. Clients don't read E‑Signing packages, so payments are missed. Penalties cause unnecessary friction with clients. Firm ASIC invoices get written off, late fees quietly compound… Sound familiar?

Pre‑launch

We're in private beta with a small group of firms. Joining now gets you foundational pricing and input on the roadmap.

Built by accountants

Our accounting firm clients helped shape the workflow. Thoughtful features that only an administrator will appreciate permeate the product. Take a look and see for yourself.

AU compliance first

Australian direct debit rails, local support, and workflow built around ASIC timelines. 100% Australian Made.

FAQ

Questions,
answered.

The questions firms ask in the first 20 minutes of a demo. If we've missed yours, book a call and we'll walk through it.

You do. Your firm remains the registered ASIC agent on record; ASIC Pay never deals with ASIC directly. We handle payment only - collecting renewal funds from the client by direct debit so the company's ASIC fee is paid on time. Lodgement of forms (484s etc.) stays with you.
